Senior Superintendent Jobs

Base building Sr Superintendent to build large-scale Multifamily and Mix Use project in Savannah, Ga.

The Ideal Candidate has 10 to 15-year career growth in site management responsibilities building large volume ground-up or renovating Mix Use & Multifamily projects. Have a stable work history building projects as much as $50 million. If you love the sound & excitement of a construction job that hums, you would be THE ideal candidate.

In your new role, you would be responsible for leading site management of safety, ensuring quality workmanship, scheduling, coordination, & leading the trades to financially successful completion.

Requirements:

• Must have experience as a lead superintendent in all stages, from initial construction through delivery. Minimum of 2 to 3 projects.
• Experience working on a wood-frame apartment complex.
• Bachelor's in Construction Science or Civil Engineering or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or experience.
• 5+ years of commercial construction experience as a field superintendent with a Commercial GC managing multifamily projects in excess of $40 million.
