You Are:

UST is looking for a qualified Mobile tester to ensure quality delivery of end-to-end business solutions and to work with one of the leading healthcare providers in the US. The candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability and collaborate effectively with domain and technical experts in the team.

The Opportunity :

• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve application quality.
• Develop automated tests using testing frameworks such as Appium or Selenium.
• Identify and report defects and issues using bug-tracking tools.
• Develop and execute test plans and test cases for mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms.
• Conduct performance testing and identify bottlenecks and issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

What you need:

• Strong understanding of mobile application development including iOS and Android platforms.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-directed.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla. Experience with mobile application testing frameworks such as Appium or Selenium.
• Logical Thinking.
• Understanding of performance testing and optimization techniques.
• Experience in manual testing of mobile applications and identifying defects and issues.
• Work independently. Self-management.

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. As required by local law, UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City, or Washington as set forth below.

Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for Role

Remote: $54,000-$80,000

Our full-time, regular associates are eligible for 401K matching, and vacation accrual and are covered from day 1 for paid sick time, healthcare, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance benefits. Depending on the role, some associates may also be eligible for stock options.
