    About the Role
    The Software Tester is primarily responsible for assisting with the quality, integrity, and usability of PSI applications. This position will work closely with the development team, product managers and technical support team.
    This is a full-time permanent role, with flexible hours around core office availability Monday to Friday. The role can be performed remotely, with occasional travel required for meetings, events and workshops.


    Role Responsibilities
    • Perform the following testing on product content and delivery platforms prior to release: functionality, performance, content, accuracy, grammar, continuity, and visual appropriateness of questions, support materials, and videos.
    • Participate in planning and testing.
    • Test and provide feedback for product feature enhancements.
    • Creating and executing test plans.
    • Collaborate with development team, product managers, and technical support.
    • Test and verify resolutions for support tickets.
    • Logs, tracks, and verifies testing results.
    • Ensure accurateness, completeness, timeliness, and clear communication of testing results.
    • Test delivery platforms to troubleshoot changes and updates.
    • Review trainings, tests, courses, and study guides across numerous content categories.
    • Assist with resolution of customer issues and reports.
    • Creates basic test cases and test scripts.
    Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements
    • Experience in software testing roles preferred.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud and Autodesk preferred.
    • Experience with modern software development languages a plus, e.g. JavaScript, Spring Boot, .net, Go, CSS, HTML etc.
    • Familiarity with AGILE development methodologies and bug tracking software is a plus.
    • Education to high school diploma level, Bachelor’s degree preferred, e.g. in Computer Science or related field.
