Responsibilities / Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Research Associate to join our Patient-Centered Outcomes team within our wider HEOR business. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is interested in conducting academic-type, patient-centric research. As our Senior Research Associate, you will interact with patients with various diseases to determine how their diseases impact their health-related quality of life. Ultimately the research you do with help inform the development of clinical outcome assessments for use in clinical trials.
You will be working as a member of a project team and will be involved in performing a range of research and administrative activities including, but not limited to:

• Performing literature reviews
• Interviewing patients
• Coding and analyzing qualitative patient-level data
• Assisting with the drafting of reports, posters and manuscripts
• Preparing meeting minutes, status reports, and logistical support for various tasks
• Attending meetings with clients
• Preparing study documents

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in health-related field
• Knowledge of the drug development process
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills
• Qualitative research data collection and analysis experience
• Strong interest in research and experience conducting academic-type research
• 1-3 years previous work-related experience with similar responsibilities
• Some domestic travel may be required
