Senior Renewables O&M / Technician @ Top Firm

We are working with a well-established developer/operator that is looking to grow its O&M / Engineering team with the hire of a Senior O&M Specialist / Technician. Our client owns and operates their own portfolio of projects across the US and is looking for people to ideally be in the Chicago/Illinois area or the Wisconsin area.

Some Information about the role:

You will be responsible for handling monitoring, diagnostics and repair for the post-construction projects across the US. In this role you would work closely with the Asset Management / Development teams to ensure projects are operating efficiently.

As a Senior O&M / Technician you will:

• Base Salary range: 130-170K USD + Bonus
• Have significant input in setting the strategy for O&M and Technical maintenance across the business
• Work with Asset Management teams, Engineering teams & third-party engineers to ensure projects are operating efficiently & serviced in a timely manner fully
• Handle the oversight of multiple renewables projects across the Mid-West , mainly focussed on Solar and Battery storage

Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• An Undergraduate degree or equivalent
• 3+ years of relevant experience - working within the Renewable Energy space
• Experience in Solar / BESS development is essential - a good working knowledge of EPC's
