Description


Primary Responsibilities

  • Perform all aspects of planning/scheduling
  • Participation in expenditure forecasts
  • Communicate with all levels of project staff as well as corporate representatives
  • Attend staff meetings to determine the needs of the project Weekly Reports
  • Mentor and encourage craft professionals to enroll and participate in training/assessment programs
  • Flexibility with the ability to multi-task allowing to adjust to accommodate any job-site changes
  • Maintain integrity of all training programs NCCER, Jacobs-specific, and client specifications
  • Coordinate with material expediters concerning critical items of supply
  • Management and facilitation of the learning resources available to the Jacobs construction workforce
  • Monitor job progress according to schedules
  • Representation at various education, association, and committee meetings
  • Perform schedule analysis

    • Maintain a high level of fiduciary responsibility related to training budgets
    • Involvement with compliance training related to equipment operations

Qualifications
  • Applicants should have excellent oral and written communication skills; and should be organized, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.
  • Applicants must be willing to relocate to assigned projects.
  • A four-year college degree in Education, Management, or Human Relations, plus 5 + or equivalent documented work experience as a Project Training Coordinator, or NCCER Master Trainer Credentials will be given special consideration.
