Job Description
What we are looking for


The AscellaHealth Family of Companies is looking for a Senior Project Manager to coordinate and manage a number of programs or projects involving multiple departments across the organizations of the AscellaHealth Family of Companies. This position will report to the Chief Operating Officer and have accountability for the project and resource planning, coordinating the management of staff with the leaders or managers of the various projects and programs, identifying risks and mitigation strategies, and reporting out the status of the programs and projects to all necessary constituents, especially the Executive Management Team. This could include interactions with clients and partners. The Senior Project Manager position is a hybrid position and will require regular weekly office attendance in our Berwyn, PA office.


What the position will be doing


  • Assist with documenting a project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting a project's scope, budget, and justification.
  • Update, monitor, and communicate all projects on regular dashboards.
  • Draft new, and improve existing, project management office policies and processes.
  • Select strategic, cross-departmental, and cross-functional projects across the organization and deemed necessary for Project Management oversite.
  • Analyze financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
  • Ability to get people that don’t directly report to this person to get things done on time.
  • Create project plans outlining all dates, milestones, resources, and deliverables and manage that in conjunction with the leader of the project, program, partner, clients, and acquisitions.
  • Strong communications skills at the Executive Level internally, as well as with clients and partners.
  • Assist senior and executive leadership with the overall oversight of current and future strategic projects for the organization.
  • Work with clients and partners to integrate, develop and communicate projects and programs.
  • Prepare progress reports for stakeholders and investors.
  • Work on process improvement activities, including gaining efficiencies and streamlining activities in alignment with the needs of the organization.


Necessary Skills, Education & Abilities


  • Exceptional oral and written skills, exceptional interpersonal skills, and ability to work closely with Senior Management
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft applications including.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of in project management, preferably strategic projects in the healthcare or pharmacy industry.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities.
  • Able to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources at all levels within the company, including senior management, department leaders, and departmental staff.
  • Four (4) years of experience in Public Accounting.
  • Ability to think and act independently, formulate, and support new ideas, and champion new initiatives within and beyond the scope of own responsibilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree, or 4-year equivalent, in Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields of study is required.
  • A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification may be advantageous.
  • Ability to organize resources, personnel, and actions for the successful completion of programs and tasks.
  • Ability to provide direction and motivation and set an example through open communication and modeling best practices.
  • Familiarity with Asana or MS Project is helpful.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills required.
  • Ability to ensure tasks are appropriately delegated and completed to standards by monitoring performance and holding staff accountable.
  • Demonstrated successful management of technology, process, and operational implementations.
  • Ability to be highly transparent, ethical, and driven. Relentless attention to detail, and the ability to be a creative self-starter and team player.
  • The ability to present and communicate updates, risks, and plans is required.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to provide solutions to complex problems.
