Job Title:- Senior Program Manager/ Delivery Partner

Location:- NJ/ CT (Onsite/ Hybrid)

Job Summary:

Capgemini is looking for Senior Program Manager/ Delivery Partner who will manage delivery for an with multiple service lines involving IT Application Delivery in Insurance preferably in P&C insurance industry.



Responsibilities include

  • The ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader in one or combination of technologies and industry sectors described in the job description above along with the following skills
  • Manage Solutions in coordination with Capgemini group Practices and COEs support Innovation initiatives assist in pre-sales response to RFPs etc Collaborate with GBLs internal practices and other Capgemini market units to orchestrate solution to client challenges and show connected face of Capgemini to client Manage Client Relationships steering committees and overall account growth
  • Define and Drive strategic direction in terms of technology workforce for the account Our Ideal Candidate
  • Assist the Account Executive and Delivery Executives in managing Client Relationships India Visits Client Satisfaction Action plans managing escalations
  • Define transformation of a multi-disciplinary skilled team to a highly Digital skilled team
  • Manage Delivery Quality with predictability and measurements
  • Manage Account People process planning in terms of Engagement Energizing Enrichment
  • Manage Account Numbers in terms of Revenue Margins Profitability Manage Account Operations client facing from Contracting to Invoicing and internal
  • Responsible delivery oversight and direction for the entire Account Organize Status
  • Reviews with Account Executive drive Portfolio Financial Operational KPIs
  • Be at the core of taking decisions that build high performing teams
  • Use proficiency at delivering complex projects breaking down barriers for team and both planning at a higher level and getting into the detail to make things happen when needed
  • Create and implement the Account roadmap across all service lines


Required Skills:

  • Must have great expertise in P&C insurance industry.
  • Hands on and can do attitude whilst demonstrating highest business ethics and compliance
  • Must have great expertise in Technical Skills like Salesforce/Cloud/AEP/Digital etc
  • Experience on end to end Delivery Management with multiple development methodologies Waterfall Agile Scrum Kanban etc
  • Ability to drive geographically distributed teams across US and India
  • Leadership experience in continuous improvement initiatives and operations
  • Excellent communication skills being Assertive and able to drive changes
  • Ability to coach Program Project Managers is desirable
  • 10 years of experience in end to end delivery program management of large programs is a must
  • Thorough Knowledge of contract management financial management
