Senior Program Manager Jobs

This is a contract until 02/21/2024, with the potential to extend longer or convert to FTE based on performance/budget. Benefits are offered during the contract period (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Life insurance)

• Lead large cross functional meetings with cross business leaders and BT teams
• Lead and manage large, cross-functional initiatives that drive the strategic goals of our Workday business stakeholders from inception to close
• Steward the delivery lifecycle, partnering across teams to manage schedules, deliverables, risks, issues, actions, escalations, stakeholder alignment and partnerships
• Build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders and BT partners to deliver defined outcomes across Workday, ensuring shared understanding of progress and performance??as well as alignment with quarterly OKRs and strategic goals
• Ensure an atmosphere of cohesiveness and focused collaboration between all the members of the team, all in the interest of driving the work forward

Requirements:

• Experience working with program management and development tools such as: Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence as well as Google Suite
• 5+ years of strategic program experience
• Degree in related discipline (Business Management, Business Administration, ect) or equivalent work experience
• PMP certified
• Demonstrated track record of effective communication with business leaders at all levels within large enterprises
• In-depth knowledge of waterfall and agile methodologies, and experience in running large programs with agile teams
• 6+ years experience directly managing and leading cross-functional teams inclusive of multiple stakeholders, initiatives, and accountabilities with increasing responsibility
• Experience working in a PMO in a large organization leveraging a Product Operating model
