Job Description

We have been retained to fill a Senior Operations Manager role with a fast growing Food Ingredients company. This company has experienced explosive growth and will continue to grow in the future.

This facility produces bulk ingredients sold to food and beverage manufacturing companies. This is a number 2 position that is being hired as bench strength for our next Plant Manager at this location. The plant produces 200 million+ plus pounds of product annually. The Senior Operations Manager will focus on solving problems and the development of people, process and systems.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • BS degree
  • Experience with Lean, TPM or similar Continuous Improvement Programs
  • Experience leading a food manufacturing or food ingredients plant
  • Assertive personality with a desire to win
  • Strong leadership of people with a sense of urgency in getting results with the use of KPI's/Metrics
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience
