- Lead the sustainment and modernization of complex aerospace ground test facilities and supporting facilities and utilities.
- Ensure timely, high quality customer deliverables related to cost, schedule, and performance.
- Engage with customer representatives and aerospace customers to understand and develop their RDT&E acquisition needs and solutions that result in high quality results.
- Competence to function efficiently in a fast-paced, demanding work environment.
- Ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary, geographically dispersed RDT&E personnel and teams.
- Proven record of managing budget and schedule.
- Must be U.S. Citizen.
- Eligibility and willingness to obtain Top Secret Clearance.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience leading a large technical workforce.
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace or related engineering discipline and 12 years of relevant experience
- PMP Certification.
- Active TS/SCI Clearance.
- Experience in systems and weapons development for the Department of Defense acquisition lifecycle.
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace or related engineering discipline and 20 years of relevant experience or Master’s degree in Aerospace or related engineering discipline with 15 years of relevant experience.
