Medical Program Delivery Specialist

As a Medical Program Delivery Specialist with Knowledge Services, you will serve as an integral team member on our local state government Managed Service Provider (MSP) accounts. Medical hiring managers and vendor recruiting partners alike will seek your guidance and support as their main Knowledge Services contact on the Program. You will partner with the client to forecast upcoming staffing needs across various medical facilities and manage and coordinate the fulfillment, onboarding and orientation processes.

Essential Functions:

• Communicate the client's recruiting/staffing needs to recruiting vendor partners
• Review and vet candidate qualifications based upon hiring managed needs
• Coordinate orientation with facilities, hiring manager and vendors
• Follow safe work practices and company rules and prevent accidents and injuries.
• Directly partner with medical hiring managers to forecast medical staffing needs for their facilities
• Develop and maintain pro-active and constructive relationship with stakeholders by demonstrating an understanding of the business and associated requirements and set expectations accordingly
• Ensure all aspects of MSP Program rules, policies, procedures and processes are followed to ensure standardization, consistency and compliance across all areas of the MSP Program and that contractual scope of work for Client is delivered
• Provide consultation and recommendations regarding the service delivery strategy, organization model, and resolution to issues for the MSP Program
• Develop a strong working knowledge of Knowledge Services Contingent Workforce solutions and MSP Program requirements
• Partner with Regional Director and Sr. Practice Director for the preparation and delivery of program reporting, program metrics, presentations, and client-specific strategy
• Manage candidate pools, ensuring compliance is met with background, drug, and credential requirements

Required Qualifications, Experience and Education:

• Proven aptitude for being proactive, organized, accurate, and detail-oriented
• Proven ability to identify and analyze problem situations and develop and effective course of action for resolution
• Demonstrate excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Managed Service Provider (MSP), Staffing and Recruiting Program, Employer of Record Program, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) Program and/or Consulting Solutions experience highly desired
• Positive attitude and proven ability to take initiative
• Client facing and strong relationship building experience
• 3+ years of medical recruiting or account management experience within a staffing agency environment
• Proven aptitude to execute in fast-paced, high-volume environment and responding to client needs
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong interpersonal, planning, leadership and time management skills

• Occasional – Routine deadlines; usually sufficient lead time; variance in work volume seasonal and predictable; priorities can be anticipated; some interruptions are present; travel or other inconveniences have advance notice; involves occasional exposure to demands and pressures from persons other than immediate supervisor.
• Job occasionally requires standing, walking, reaching, talking, hearing, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Job frequently requires sitting, handling objects with hands.
