Job Description
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field.
  • Demonstrate the capacity for rapid learning, multitasking, and meeting deadlines
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft applications, including PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Independent worker with a strong work ethic and the ability to work with a team as needed.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development is required.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Travel may be required (10-20% of the time), including international travel
  • Flexibility in schedule due to global time differences
  • Positive attitude, excellence, commitment, and teamwork
  • Deal experience – mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and/or strategic alliances
  • Professionally-spoken and a strong communicator (verbal, visual, and written)
  • Financial statement comprehension and related analysis
Responsibilities:
  • Support deal activities, such as the creation of deal materials and presentations, the development of financial analyses, the management of the due diligence process, and data room organization
  • Maintain harmonious working relationships both within and outside the organization.
  • Facilitate relationships with third-party service providers and investment advisors.
  • Maintain order in active and historical deal files
  • Present and discuss opportunities in an objective and data-driven manner.
  • Manage and facilitate the advancement of multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the M&A process and strategic project management
