Required:

Four-year degree required, preferably in Accounting/Finance or other related fields

Previous experience in M&A and/or Real Estate (internships accepted)

Minimum 1 years of accounting/finance work experience preferred

Description:

Insight Global is partnering with a leading Wireless Infrastructure organization located in Boca Raton, FL that is currently seeking an M&A Analyst to join their team to support the analysis of potential acquisitions of telecommunication towers. This Analyst, will be responsible for compiling, reviewing, and analyzing due diligence materials received for potential acquisitions and will require knowledge within database management systems and data mining. This position will interact closely with Operations, Accounting, Legal, Asset Management, and Leasing. This position requires to work onsite in Boca Raton, FL 4x/week and provides the opportunity to join the leading organization within their industry.
