Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst, Miami


Angove Partners is partnering with an award-winning insurance broker, seeking an M&A analyst in Miami. It’s an exciting time for the business, which is expanding into new jurisdictions and solidifying its position as a market leader in R&W in Miami.


About the role:

As a member of the broking team on transactional insurance deals, the M&A Analyst will handle a variety of workstreams in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment. The role will be very hands-on and provide in-depth exposure to M&A and corporate transactions. This role is based in Miami FL with remote-working flexibility.


Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with drafting insurance quotes, binders, and policies
  • Attending industry events, networking opportunities and team outing
  • Directly supporting senior brokers on live M&A deals
  • Analyzing M&A documents, including financial statements and purchase agreements
  • Engaging and communicating with insurance brokers, lawyers, and accountants
  • Managing a consistent pipeline of M&A deal flow


About you:

We anticipate that candidates will have at least 1-3 years of professional work experience. Industry experience is welcome, but not necessary. A background or education in finance, accounting, operations, or paralegal work is a plus.
