Job Description
**Seeking qualified candidates in either Indiana or Michigan for this opportunity**
The Senior Medicare Sales Manager will manage sales and retention efforts for Medicare Advantage plans within the states of Michigan and Indiana. Primary focus is to manage Medicare Broker Managers, develop their skills, work directly with Medicare Brokers in the assigned geographies and coordinate sales efforts with the Sr. Director of Medicare Sales to attain overall membership targets. This position will cover both Michigan and Indiana and this position is a work from home from within either state.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 75,500
Maximum: 155,200
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
Required Qualifications
  • Ability to travel and be with employees within assigned geography. Travel expectation is 50%.
  • 5-10+ years sales experience, within the Medicare Advantage industry.
  • Applicable state license to sell products.
  • 1-2 years sales management experience for supervisory positions.

Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
