Team Introduction:
The Internal Audit team plan and execute audit projects according to our risk-based audit plan by evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of financial, compliance, operational, and IT processes and controls. We work with the business functions in addressing risks and improving the control environment through timely and comprehensive audit work and tracking of remediation actions until completion.
Position Profile:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our growing Internal Audit team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience identifying and assessing operational, compliance, and reputational risks across a variety of business functions, evaluating the design of processes and controls, and leading/executing large-scale and complex audits. In addition, the candidate will need to exhibit strong technical and communication skills necessary to navigate a complex environment and cultivate strong partnerships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute operational audit programs including understanding business processes and underlying systems, conducting interviews and process walkthroughs, and performing audit procedures to assess the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the key business processes.
  • Build effective working relationships and trust with business partners across the organization.
  • Manage ongoing enterprise and process-based risk assessments and lead the development and execution of a dynamic audit plan to address high-risk areas within the company’s global and regional operations.
  • Provide key business insights and other inputs relating to the company’s rapidly evolving environment into the audit planning process and ongoing risk management processes, as well as other IA projects.
  • Interpret the significance of audit insights, make practical recommendations, and collaborate with stakeholders on remediation action plans.
  • Maintain an understanding of emerging technology, risks and industry trends.
  • Deliver assigned audits and other projects within required deadlines, ensuring the work is performed, with a focus on adhering to the global audit methodology and delivering the highest level of quality and value-add.
  • Mentor and support junior employees.
Qualifications
  • Able to work in a flexible team environment and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Must be detail-oriented, able to work independently or with other departments cross-functionally, and take ownership of their projects.
  • 7+ years of experience in internal audit (operational/business process audit experience is preferred)
  • Basic understanding of IT general control and IT application control is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • An understanding of COSO Frameworks is required. Internal control documentation and risk assessment experience are desired.
  • Big4 (or Top 10 public accounting firms) experience is preferred, as well as prior exposure to social media, digital marketing, streaming, entertainment, or e-commerce industries. Will also consider candidates coming straight from the relevant industries.
  • Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or applicable certification preferred.

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $75000 - $165000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
