About the role
The Affiliate & Influencer Senior Manager at Spanx will lead paid partner efforts across the Affiliate and Influencer program. This individual will use measurement and analytics to optimize our strategy to ensure we are hitting and exceeding KPIs for the marketing channel. As a member of the Growth Marketing Team, you will play an integral role in further achieving, maintaining, and surpassing the hyper-growth journey that is Spanx.
This role is based in our Atlanta headquarters, requires in-office work (Tuesday-Thursday), and reports into our Senior Director, Growth Marketing.

  • Lead team members to plan upcoming campaigns and tactics to align with overarching brand moments and business objections
  • Work cross functionally with Brand, Paid Marketing, PR, and Social Organic teams on strategic alignment
  • Manage a budget and drive strategy on paid partner efforts
  • Provide guidance on media mix to grow the program while improving efficacy and efficiency
  • Take our affiliate and influencer program to the next level through cross functional partnership across the organization
  • Conduct in-depth reporting to ensure channel is hitting KPI targets across awareness, consideration, and conversion

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Minimum of 3 years of people management experience
  • Independent prioritization and self-management responsibilities
  • Ability to establish functional relationships to promote best practices and foster teamwork
  • Robust project management and organizational/time management skills with specific attention to detail
  • Receptivity to feedback and buy in from internal and external partners
  • Proven success managing teams, demonstrating proactivity and an ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and people in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
  • Prior experience with Excel, Google Analytics 360, Dash Hudson, Influencer Platforms, or Impact Radius experience is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of performance and brand marketing
  • Experience with fashion/apparel brands is a plus
  • 7+ years of relevant Affiliate, Influencer and or Marketing experience
  • Prior experience working cross functionally and driving change
