Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field (desired)
‍ 5 years of IT experience (required)
Experience in Venture Capital, Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Law Firms, or Independent Schools (advantageous)
2 years of MSP experience (preferred)

Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Responsibilities:
✅ Strong understanding and demonstrated support for Microsoft technologies
✅ Expertise in Microsoft Office 365, including Exchange email, SharePoint, and OneDrive
✅ Proficiency in Windows AD user management and G Suite administration
✅ High-level AWS administration and virtualization experience
✅ Troubleshooting expertise in servers, firewalls, routers, switches
✅ Familiarity with Palo Alto and Panorama
✅ Knowledge and experience in networking principles
✅ Ability to create network diagrams and internal use documentation
✅ Hardware, networking, and PC operating system troubleshooting skills (Windows and Mac OS)

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:
Experience with documentation platforms
Proficiency in using ConnectWise Manage and ConnectWise Automate

Competitive salary range: $85,000-$135,000 (depending on experience)
