Pay: $85,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year

Experience deploying and setting up servers, networks, firewalls, switches, wireless, etc.

Ability to manage multiples tasks and deadlines on a tight schedule.

Work proactively to improve clients’ technology.

Deploying and setting up servers, networks, firewalls, switches, wireless networks, etc.

Answer chat and phone communications for client requests.

Two (2) or more years of experience in vendor and account management, including contract coordination and oversight of accounts payable/receivable.

MS Excel: Intermediate-level experience in developing and sharing task lists, Gantt charts, and tracking finances and vendors.

Perform my work remotely at home or in-person at the DOH site location designated for this position.

Collaborate with the IT Financial and Contracts Specialist to develop and manage fiscal strategies.

Manage vendor relationships and agency cellular devices, including user training.

Collaborate with leadership to plan and manage IT budgets, including forecasting, reporting, and recommendations.

Meets and interacts with clients to capture and translate business requirements into technical requirements.

Must be knowledgeable of current technological advancements and solutions.

Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 5 years (or commensurate experience) of IT consulting experience

Develops functional and system design specifications for client engagements.

Collaborates with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyzes tradeoffs between usability and performance needs

Clearance Required: Active Top Secret with ability to mainain SCI level

Minimum Educational Background and Physical Requirements Required to perform Job:

Familiarity with Emerson (Ovation) products, Curtiss-Wright, ABB, Opto22, Hitachi-GE Instrument and Control experience a plus.

Review and evaluate application of Common Vulnerabilities and Exposure (CVE)

Special projects, for example: organize and manage roll out of new version Windows clients, migrate application and data to new servers

Assist with monitoring corrective actions and team training requirement completion

Manage vendor contracts and services

Hands-on experience in defining MELT signals required for AIOps platforms such as Splunk ITSI

Preferred experience with one or more of Java, Python, JavaScript, Bash, Powershell

Hands on experience with version control repositories such as GitLab or BitBucket

Hands on experience with CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins or Bamboo

IT management: 8 years (Preferred)

8-10 years IT experience, with at least 3 years IT consulting experience highly preferred

Strong Windows Sever knowledge; Active Directory, DNS, DHCP

Solid networking knowledge; LANs, WANs/routing

Strong virtualization knowledge; VMWare ESXi, Hyper-V

Education, Experience and Specialized Knowledge and Skills

5+ years’ experience working in contracts management.

Must be organized and have excellent oral and written communication skills.

Experience with Novatus contracts system and Oracle preferred.

Experience working in-house at a pharmaceutical or biotech company.

Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and online research.
