As a retained search firm, we are partnered with an auto finance company that provides its clients with the opportunity for automobile loans, as well as other financial services. This organization is experiencing significant growth currently and are in search of a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to drive change within the organization.
They are searching for a human resources professional who can move through a fast-paced environment and partner closely with the Product and Marketing leadership for the organization. The ideal candidate is a change agent with a strategic mindset and experience with organizational design.
Essential Qualifications
- Ability to observe the work environment, identifying team member engagement trends, needs, issues, and areas for improvement to produce a high trust, high-performance workplace environment and experience for all employees.
- The ability and desire to execute change and transformation across company in an eager and enthusiastic manner.
- Proficient in successfully working with business area leadership team(s) to create workforce strategies that ensure the correct people are in the correct place at the correct time.
- Provide OD support to change initiatives and other business area needs.
- Aid leaders and their teams in developing a strategic approach for individual development plans.
- Ability to be a trusted advisor and consultant across all things people for key functional stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal; it is essential that this person is not only a motivator and possess the ability to coach others but must be an articulate, trustworthy and persuasive communicator as well.
Requirements
- Knowledge / experience with Agile management
- 5+ years of experience working with all levels of employees, especially senior levels of leadership.
- 10+ years of experience in HR
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in a business partner capacity supporting a span of functional groups.
- Ability to demonstrate a clear understanding of all HR disciplines especially in organizational development, talent planning and acquisition, employee relations, learning and development, and compensation.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR, related field, or equivalent experience
