- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to leaders (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership to develop solutions and programs.
- Experience partnering with leadership teams.
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational design, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and employment laws.
- Experience supporting highly-matrixed organizations, desired.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in HRBP related disciplines.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization’s hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.
- Ability to demonstrate a growth mindset and highly skilled with ambiguity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong coaching skills
- Successful experience with change management principles and demonstrated ability to drive and manage the change process from strategic planning through implementation and follow-thru.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
