Responsibilities:

• Identify ways to streamline work and automate processes
• Create complex financial models
• Ensure accurate and timely tracking and reporting of financial results for key initiatives
• Foster a culture of FP&A excellence as a strategic partner
• Oversee the monthly preparation and review of management reporting and analytics, including KPIs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• MBA preferred
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• 5+ years of financial analysis experience
