Role: Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) - Hybrid (2 days in office, 3 from home)

You will literally get your hands into every area of finance and get to learn operations inside and out which will help you grow tremendously, increase your marketability and career trajectory. Most finance roles are siloed, whereas this one is incredibly robust.

At a high level: you’ll get to work on a wide variety of things including:

• Budgeting
• Plant Finance
• Trending / variance analysis
• Forecasting
• Cost analysis
• M&A
• SG&A analysis
• Providing financial summaries & commentary for management / MD&A
• Pricing
• Product development
• FP&A
• Month end close and related financial reporting of monthly results to executive leadership
• P&L Management
• Market Analysis
• Financial modeling
• Accrual allocation
• ROI Analysis
• Commercial finance
• Strategic planning
• Financial and operational KPIs and analytics such as: sales (pricing/volume), profitability (revenue/gross margin/expense) at the product, market and department level

Location: Greater Cleveland, OH (Centrally located). Relocation assistance is not available. Hybrid work schedule with additional flexibility. Usually 2 days in the office and 3 days from home.

Background Profile:

• Knowledgeable and comfortable with financial statements and analysis
• True team player, laid back, easy to work with
• Seeking someone that has a high degree of intellectual curiosity in trying to understand how and why things work
• BA degree in Finance or Accounting
• 2+ years of Finance / FP&A, plant finance / accounting, cost accounting, corporate accounting OR public accounting (Tax, Audit, Consulting, Advisory)
• Advanced degrees/certifications strongly preferred (CPA, CFA, CMA, Financial Modeling / FMVA, MBA, MAcc)
• Advanced Excel skills
