Job Opportunity Overview

We are now resuming our search for an Senior eCommerce Analyst to take ownership of HAVERHILL's online retail sales data, customer insight data, and market analysis responsibilities. As our Senior eCommerce Analyst, you will synthesize complex data into actionable insights and recommendations to support our overall marketing and product development strategies.

This role will be new to the organization and part of a larger eCommerce team expansion - the right candidate will be comfortable trail blazing as we formally establish the merchandising function for the organization. We are looking for someone who is obsessive about data, has experience working with an eCommerce team, and has an appreciation of luxury retail goods.

Core Responsibilities

• Define key performance indicators within each data set and set data documentation standards and processes to ensure ongoing quality of data
• Perform deep analysis of eCommerce data critical to HAVERHILL’s success - specifically market data, sales data, and customer data
• Visualize and represent data into meaningful reports that will effectively inform management and executive decision making

Requirements

• High-level written and verbal communication skills
• Preferred degrees include data science, marketing, merchandising, business management
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field from an accredited college or university required, Master’s Degree preferred;
• 2+ years prior experience in digital economies and eCommerce, strong preference is experience is acquired in the luxury market
• 2+ years experience as a data analyst
• Ability to orient data analytics insights with the end-user in mind
• Prior experience with Shopify strongly preferred
• Professional , punctual, and goal-driven

Job Status

This is a full time, salaried, exempt position, budgeted between $50,000-$100,000 dollars per year - inclusive of base pay and variable incentive pay- commiserate with skill and experience.
