Job Description

Why we need you

Springboard Collaborative invites talented and passionate candidates to apply for the position of Senior Director, Supply Chain. The Senior Director, Supply Chain will be responsible for sourcing, ordering, and fulfillment of hard goods for all Springboard programming and the management of our two warehouses. A successful candidate will have experience in data-driven decision-making, process creation and implementation, people management, and adapting to changing business needs.

Springboard Collaborative closes the literacy gap by closing the gap between home and school. We coach educators and family members to help kids learn to read by 4th grade. Springboard envisions a world in which all children have the requisite literacy skills to access life opportunities. The Senior Director, Supply Chain supports this goal by ensuring all program materials are received at the right time, in the right quantities, at the lowest overall cost. Springboard operates two warehouses: one in Philadelphia, PA and one in Union City, CA. Leading up to program seasons, we procure large quantities of books, incentives, and other supplies to distribute directly to participating school sites.

The Senior Director, Supply Chain will supervise the Warehouse Managers. The Senior Director, Supply Chain will report to the Senior Vice President, Operations, and work as part of the Business Strategy Team. This is a great opportunity to support an entrepreneurial team to maximize the impact of a rapidly growing organization.
