Senior Director Of Supply Chain

I wanted to share with you a very exciting opportunity with our client, a highly respected automotive aftermarket pioneering problem solver, who is moving to address the Electric Vehicle movement.

They are looking for a Director of Category Management to oversee strategic planning and execution of all external product spend and develop a global sourcing strategy – including launch into new regions/countries including Mexico, Latin and South America as well as India, and Asia.

This is a complex supply chain operation – sourcing, planning, procurement. So the individual heading up this function is NOT just a Supply Chain professional and will have a great deal of interaction with the New Product Development Engineering team at corporate headquarters in the US. In this role, you'll lead and manage multi-billion-dollar projects, so effective sourcing is key with over 300 suppliers and over 100,000 SKU’s.

The role is based in the Greater Philadelphia area and they are looking at salary around $180k - $220k base (dependent on experience) with Bonus + 401k match and of course great relocation expenses.
