Job Description
Ready to be a Titan?
We solve real world problems in the home services industry. We are passionate about bringing innovative and delightful solutions to traditional problems and workflows. Our ambitious team of product managers, designers, and product marketers work closely with our thousands of users to help make their lives easier through technology. We embrace design thinking and agile development to ship hundreds of new features every month. We measure our success based on our customer’s success. We strive for real impact.
ServiceTitan is looking for a Senior Director of Product Management with General Manager responsibilities for our leads conversion products (Scheduling for consumer and enterprise + Dispatch).
The Senior Director should have a track record for driving new product lines from concept to successful launch, finding product-market fit and scaling the business. The Sr. Director will own the product vision, strategy, roadmap and execution for multiple Pro Products as well as overall P&L responsibilities in a cross-functional GM capacity.
This role requires strong and proactive leadership of a team and the ability to drive large product initiatives with 8 digits business impact / scale. The Sr. Director will champion best product development practices to deliver phenomenal outcomes and delightful experiences to our customers. This individual will support senior leaders across the company. The individual has a well-rounded background - including analytic rigor and strategic thinking - drawing key elements from roles such as product management, management consulting, corporate strategy/development, and business operations.
What you'll bring:
  • Manage, mentor and motivate your team of eager product managers and be a leader for your cross functional team, creating engagement and accountability.
  • Drive roadmap planning while properly assessing impact and holding other teams accountable to committed outcomes. Manage backlog of features and enhancements for clients and communicate timing and status to internal teams and customers.
  • Own the vision and 1-3-5 year strategy for Scheduling and Dispatch products. Define the customer outcomes we need to deliver, have a deep understanding of our customers’ needs, conduct continuous research of our competition and develop the strategy to 10x the business. Make that vision a reality by getting buy-in from key stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Primary liaison between the product team and internal teams to identify product gaps, offer creative workarounds/solutions, develop requirements, and communicate roadmap.
  • Establish and maintain a global framework of key dimensions/criteria used to evaluate and prioritize build of new products and services - dimensions such as TAM, subsegment sizing, customer demand, business case, product fit, competition, strategic value, etc.
  • Be the ultimate leader accountable for the success of these products, their development, growth, pricing, operation and financial performance with rigorous management of resources, pricing, GTM, revenue and operations.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices on the craft of being a Product Owner across the teams working on commercial features - artifacts such as vision, strategy, roadmap, rich discovery, detailed product requirement documents, solutioning for delightful experiences, GTM plans, KPI dashboards, etc.
  • Own the business performance and customer outcomes. Use data to make prioritization decisions. Collaborate closely with our sales team to make sure that we hit our number and deliver on our P&L’s top and bottom lines.
  • Work closely with our designers, engineers, QA, product marketing and success teams to perform UX research, design exploration, usability testing, build POCs, launch and manage commercially available products.
  • Lead and nurture a team of over 8 PMs and be the ultimate person accountable for the roadmap and business impact.
What you'll bring:
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience in a product management role with at least 3+ years experience leading high performing teams.
  • Prior experience in taking digital products from concept to successful launch and finding product-market fit.
  • Experience in B2B technology market environments with exposure to Software or SaaS businesses
  • Comfort with ambiguity in a dynamic working environment; know how to balance getting the details right while still moving fast and managing by influence.
  • Self-starter that thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with the demonstrated capacity to lead, motivate and work well with others.
  • Intelligent, quick thinking, and fast learning team player
  • Strong analytical abilities and prior experience with building business cases, data analysis, and problem solving.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated excellence in cross-functional communication, with the ability to simplify and explain complex problems to stakeholders of all levels.
  • Ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and concrete action plans
