About The Role


As the Senior Director of Partner Marketing, you will develop and execute programs to enable the growth and development of new and existing partners. You will work in-depth with existing partners to drive deeper engagement, loyalty and revenue opportunities. Additionally, you will work with partners to grow joint marketing plans based on current market trends and competitors. The job responsibilities also include working with top partners and partner management sales teams to increase engagement, improve the partner experience and evaluate the marketing performance of partners and provide recommendations. It is essential to maintain a positive and productive relationship with partners.


You will also be expected to:


  • Support the development of case studies and testimonials to support sales efforts as you build and manage reference programs to support partners and the sales team
  • Assist partners with writing and creating partner joint value propositions, sales enablement & customer content. Work cross-functionally with technical organizations, agencies, and analyst firms to create marketing content and more in support of the marketing plan
  • Lead partner marketing team activities to support new partner acquisition, partner program development, marketing support for partners and partner communications
  • Test and try new marketing tactics that drive preference with sellers and demand generation with end users, including tactics such as emails, social, digital and virtual and in-person events
  • Keep up with the channel marketing trends and best practices
  • Manage partner loyalty programs, including cooperative marketing efforts with our partners
  • Together with focus partners, launch and run integrated digital marketing campaigns. Optimize execution on every activity for maximum ROI.
  • Communicate to partners information about available Brivo programs to increase engagement
  • Coordinate and manage monthly marketing webinars in U.S./Canada and EMEA and drive sign-up and engagement
  • Work with extended product management and marketing team to support company goals
  • Develop programs that help existing partners increase their marketing capabilities and drive usage of Brivo marketing programs
  • Proactively engage with the sales teams and our partners to coordinate, communicate and optimize the impact of marketing activities
  • Build, manage and execute marketing programs with top key accounts and focus partners to support revenue growth with top partners


About You


  • Detail oriented
  • Experience managing events
  • Online marketing experience preferred
  • Ability to plan, manage and execute a number of marketing programs simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience writing for the web, collateral and other marketing mediums
  • Proven team player with a focus on collaboration
  • Excellent understanding of marketing techniques and associated technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related fields
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience managing channel programs or marketing programs


Preferred Skills


  • Experience in channel marketing and understanding of sell-to and sell-through business model
  • Security industry experience a plus
  • Working knowledge of Pardot, Salesforce, Asana or similar tools
