Description

We are looking for a Sr. Director of Marketing, to help lead best-in-class marketing into this new paradigm. The candidate should have experience in leading a team and providing thought leadership for the company.

This position can be in Lubbock, TX, Greenbelt, MD or Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop effective collateral that stays on brand and differentiates the compelling solution.
• Develop, Monitor, and Manage digital campaigns to maximize JSI's branding and effective lead capture.
• Maximize the effectiveness of Webinars.
• Provide guidance and leadership to the JSI Marketing Team
• Leverage the JSI website as an effective tool that creates unsolicited opportunities.
• Direct trade show messaging, execution, and post-show evaluations.
• Design and implement a marketing strategy to introduce a new strategic change in the services being offered by JSI.
• Work with key media outlets to publish and promote JSI's vision.
• Identify and develop optimal advertising targets.
• Grow JSI's social media presence.
• Create goals and publish metrics to evaluate all marketing tools and campaigns to improve the offerings continuously.

Skills/Ecperience

• 3 to 5 Years of telecommunications industry experience with Rural Broadband Service providers.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing preferred.
• 5+ years of managing a team.
• Experience in managing external marketing.
• Experience with working with Rural Broadband Associations
