Protegrity is seeking a passionate and talented Director of Technology Partners to join our Alliances Team.

As Protegrity’s Senior Director of Technology Partnerships, you will establish, build and drive worldwide partnerships between Protegrity and the Technology Partner community. This leadership role is expected to collaborate with Alliance leadership to define both long- and short-term strategies to generate mindshare, create joint value propositions, develop offerings and promote sell-with and sell through Technology partners. Success is measured through Technology Partner sourced lead flow, joint revenue, net new customer acquisition, differentiated offerings, brand influence and customer satisfaction.

The Senior Director is responsible for the overall Technology Partner strategy, business planning and execution against agreed upon metrics. The successful candidate will have extensive experience working with Technology Partners including offering development, product and engineering engagement, building OEM and ISV programs and GTM execution.

The leader who takes on this role must have extensive background working with Technology partners within the software landscape, a deep understanding of a wide range of business models, technical depth and established executive level connections. The ability to be both strategic and relentlessly focused on execution with a customer first approach are critical keys for success. The selected candidate will be a trusted resource for our Technology partners and Protegrity’s internal team.

This is a challenging position with the opportunity to work collaboratively with professionals across multiple teams of Protegrity and the Technology partner community including at the executive level. As a senior professional you will evangelize Protegrity to key stakeholders, create differentiated offerings and represent the voice of the Technology partner landscape within Protegrity. You will possess the drive to win, lead important initiatives that drive growth and be comfortable working across all levels of partner companies on a worldwide basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop offerings and sales plays, foster promotion of joint solutions and drive corresponding GTM and field engagement between Technology partners and Protegrity.
  • Coordinate technical engagement and help build preference for Protegrity offerings within the Technology partner community.
  • Establish strong trust-based relationships and manage executive engagement between Protegrity and the Technology partner community.
  • Identify opportunities to engage with Technology partners in order to foster better engineering to engineering relationships, drive business development and/or embed Protegrity’s solutions to build successful long-term partnerships.
  • Accountable for all aspects of Technology alliances health, including delivering strong financial results.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Protegrity’s offerings and build a plan that accelerates growth, net new customer acquisition and customer value.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to facilitate cross-functional teams, drive revenue and gain successful resolution of issues.
  • Ability to navigate complexity and work effectively with and across all layers of a large organization while driving multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Customer first mentality with a focus on delivering business value and outcomes for both LoB and IT constituents.
  • BA/BS Degree. MBA/Master’s degree a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive programs while influencing multiple individuals and groups through collaboration and partnership building skills.
  • Knowledge of enterprise software sales and cloud.
  • Established relationships with relevant Technology partners across executive, sales, product and engineering functions as well as vertical and horizontal practices and/or the ability to target these areas within an organization.
  • 10+ years of leadership roles related to leading large, complex Technology partner relationships in the technology arena.
  • Experience with managed services, consumption models, OEMs, ISVs and complex partner agreements including associated pricing models.
  • Extensive experience leading worldwide partnerships with Technology alliances and delivering quantifiable outcomes. Special Consideration given for experience with Microsoft.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Experience in Data Analytics, AI, Data Protection, Privacy and/or Security desired.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent teaming and communication skills.
  • Results oriented with proven experience delivering against revenue goals, program objectives and customer satisfaction.

$273,000 - $306,000 a year
For residents of CA, WA, NY, and CO, the pay range for this position is $273,000.00-$306,000.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum base salary for this position plus any variable earnings, if applicable to the position. The individual compensation may be dependent on a variety of factors, such as geographic location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and performance.

Should you accept this position, you must consent to and pass a Background Investigation, which includes (subject to country law), extended education, and additional criminal and civil checks.
Working Model:
This role is remote and generally would require you to attend on-site meetings only occasionally based on business needs. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
