The Senior Director Corporate Relations is responsible for the successful planning and execution of the organization's year-round workplace fundraising campaign.

In conjunction with the VP Corporate Relations, plan and execute the organization's corporate workplace fundraising strategy and annual fundraising goal.

• Assign campaign accounts and fundraising goals, monitor progress and project results.
• Analyze past campaign performance and develop work plans that maximize future workplace giving. Produce a detailed final campaign analysis.
• Present United Way's mission and work to outside audiences at campaign events and Learn United Way tours.
• Provide ongoing reports showing overall campaign progress, as well as reports by industry and individual Corporate Relations Directors.
• Work cross-functionally to integrate the Corporate Relations team with other UWSEM teams to improve the donor experience.
• Manage the Corporate Relations Directors. Hire, train, coach, evaluate performance, guide professional development and discipline, as necessary.
• Oversee the staffing and supervision of the Corporate Account Manager (CAM) program.
• Manage key and other select campaigns that require a high level of engagement.

Requiremetns

A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, nonprofit management or a related field.

A minimum of 7-10 years of experience including 3-5 years of fundraising/sales and people management experience.
