Senior Director – Business Improvement

The Opportunity

As a Senior Director of Business Improvement, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization across the UK, Nordics, Central Asia, and Eastern Europe region. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of critical areas, making this position both challenging and rewarding. You will lead initiatives related to digital solutions and adoption, spearhead sustainability implementation and management efforts, and oversee government relations throughout the region.

You'll Be

• Mentoring and developing senior and high potential team members across the region
• Managing a small team of Business Analysts and other key personnel as might be needed for strategy delivery
• Leading the sustainability activities across the region and leading the energy transition council
• Ensuring proactive change management and high-level risk management
• Chairing leadership forums, focusing on strategic direction and planning, as well as strategic implementation, tracking and benefits realisation
• Leading the digital transformation for the business region and acting as Chair of the digital adoption team

You'll Have

• Ability to mitigate risks effectively through positive decision making
• Network of high-level key client contacts and industry bodies and ability to enhance customer relationships
• Strong commercial acumen and experience in all commercial contracting models / risk profiles and project scopes / phases (FEL/ EPC/ EPCM & lump sum / fixed price / target price /reimbursable, etc)
• Extensive international project delivery and project governance experience
• Motivational leadership style and strong communication skills with ability to develop high performance culture
• Experience of successfully engaging with client executives, senior management, and other key stakeholders
