Senior Improvement Specialist Jobs

Experience of successfully engaging with client executives, senior management, and other key stakeholders

Ensuring proactive change management and high-level risk management

Chairing leadership forums, focusing on strategic direction and planning, as well as strategic implementation, tracking and benefits realisation

Extensive international project delivery and project governance experience

Motivational leadership style and strong communication skills with ability to develop high performance culture

Leading the digital transformation for the business region and acting as Chair of the digital adoption team

Project management, including developing and managing budgets, milestones, and timelines

7+ years of experience supporting improvement work in a variety of educational contexts preferred.

Experience thoughtfully coaching client improvement teams to outcomes that advance educational equity.

Experience directly supervising and developing staff

Experience taking vague, partially developed problems and reframing them in ways that make them clear, concrete, and amenable to improvement.

Experience navigating complex projects, managing multiple tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
