Senior Data Analyst Jobs

As our Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, organizing, and reporting data across the Armstrong Transport Group (ATG) system and processes. You will help design data insights and enable our business to have analytics and reporting for informed business decisions. You will work closely with our technology team in the business intelligence vertical and interface with stakeholders across the management, operations, and finance teams, as well as our agent network. Your role is critical in identifying data insights, trends, and integration with varied data sources, including internal systems as well as external third-party systems.

This is a hybrid position, with Monday and Wednesdays in the office.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements, operational needs, and financial reporting processes to be able to make recommendations to management and ATG network members for implementation
• Create and maintain documentation that includes the design, requirements, and user manuals for the organization
• Design, develop, and manage business intelligence (BI) and analytics solutions
• Design cleansing, de-duplication, integration, and transformation of enterprise data
• Develop interactive real-time dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators using platforms such as Microsoft Power BI, SQL Server Services, Tableau, Sisense, Qlik, or newly identified BI tools
• Conduct analysis using statistical techniques, data mining methods, and visualization tools to explore and baseline these data sets
• Collect and extract data from multiple sources, including systems of records across all departments, APIs, and related third party systems
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability throughout the data processing lifecycle
• Generate predictive and prescriptive outcomes to address increasing business needs
• Model and report enterprise data by implementing complex algorithms

Requirements:

• Experience with Agile and SCRUM processes and methodologies
• Able to effectively present data findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Between four and eight years of data analysis experience
• Experience with machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science, or engineering
• Able to work independently and with a team
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
