Senior Content Manager (Remote)

Compensation Range $33 - 38 per hour

We are looking for a talented and motivated Senior Content Manager to join our gaming client's dynamic team. In this role, you will lead Customer Support's efforts in creating and maintaining the content needed to help provide best-in-class support for their players. You will be responsible for the creation, delivery and continuous improvement of their Customer Support content and training, and will develop the standards and processes around the development and utilization of content, processes, and maintenance strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Research and deploy agent-facing knowledgebase software.
• Create a process for documentation review with internal stakeholders.
• Partner with analyst and support leads to identify gaps in training, player-facing documentation, agen documentation and prioritize work items for the content author to act upon.
• Analyze trends in support contact types to guide a team of authors to create documentation to fit the brand.
• Create a vision and roadmap for incorporating AI into all support-related content.
• Define strategy and prioritization for all content and training needed for Player Support.
• Lead tenured content author and training team in creating the content as defined in your strategy.

Qualifications:

• Experience level: Experienced
• 5+ years experience in program management, digital content publishing/management, or experience in a writing or editing role OR equivalent experience.
