Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our commercial construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex projects, a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
• Monitor and manage project risks, issues, and changes.
• Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulations.
• Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Provide regular progress updates to clients and senior management.
• Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure that they are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
• Strong knowledge of construction project management principles, practices, and techniques.
