Job Description

We are a growing GC looking to bring on an experienced Project Manager to join our team. We are located in Austin and work on projects ranging from educational, commercial, multi-family, envelope improvement and passive house projects.


Requirements:

  • 4+ years of construction project manager experience
  • Working on projects greater than $3 million
  • Experience working on K-12, commercial, industrial, envelope improvements projects


Responsibilities:

  • Communicate directly with contractors, designers and homeowners concerning project cost, staffing, and scheduling
  • Prepares project status reports and works to ensure plans adhere to contract specifications
  • Oversees and directs construction management
