This role reports directly to an Audit Manager & Senior Manager that have both been with the firm for over eight years demonstrating the firm's commitment to internal growth and development. Our client is looking to interview and make an offer to the selected team member by the first week of the month

allowing for plenty of time to assimilate into a new team before "busy season" kicks off.

Speaking of busy season, how does a crazy, chaotic week capping out at 50-52 hours sound? That has been the max schedule for their audit team in the last four years.

To Succeed In This Role, Our Client Is Seeking

• 3+ years in a public accounting environment doing financial audits - NOT SYSTEMS OR IT AUDIT WORK!!
• Strong work ethic with the ability to run, lead and manage engagements
• Excellent critical thinking skills, communication, and leadership ability
• BBA or BS In Accounting
• 1+ year minimum serving in an Audit Senior capacity actually "senioring" engagements
• Ability to multi-task and run multiple projects while managing budgets and personnel
• CPA or CPA candidate that is currently pursuing their license
