Senior Associate, Operational Materials Management (Remote)

Inclusively is partnering with a life insurance company to hire a Senior Associate, Operational Materials Management (REMOTE).

ROLE OVERVIEW

• Responsible for creation and maintenance of GBS Business Materials in support of our marketing, sales and operations teams
• Take on additional Regulatory, Compliance and Project work as needed.
• Develop and maintain standards using Guidelines including ADA specifications
• The role will support both the GBS Collateral Material model development and support of the build out of the GBS Materials team and tool.
• UI/UX Designer responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements and building components.
• The Senior Associate will be accountable to drive project activities and business analysis results during the build out of the GBS Collateral Material Tool
• Position will be an individual contributor working on significant processes utilizing independent judgment and discretion within a business organization to support the GNS Materials team.
• Ideal candidate should have experience with design software and wireframe tools.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and business owners
• Work with the team to develop additional tools to support the creation and maintenance of all GBS Operational materials.
• Serve as Designer responsible and accountable for the creation and maintenance delivery of all business operations related materials for the GBS Collateral areas.
• Illustrate design ideas using Adobe design standards
• Ensure all materials are complying with GBS and ADA guidelines.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
• Provide Business As Usual support in the creation and maintenance of all GBS Collateral Materials as part of the overall team.
• Engage and cultivate ongoing working relationships with assigned business SMEs, and vendors/TPA’s to meet GBS Collateral deliverables.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Understanding of client and customer needs required
• Requires a Bachelors degree in Graphic Design
• Experience partnering with other business leads and subject matter experts to drive results required
• Computer Science or related field and 1-4 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of wireframe tools
• Should have a Portfolio of design projects
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $82,500.00 - $122,500.00 per year

• Monday to Friday
