We are hiring Secretaries and Administrative Assistants, Except Legal, Medical, and Executive for one of our clients in Boca Raton, FL.

• Assist customers by telephone or in person; transmit to supervisor the nature of a problem or other situation; stay in communication with sanitation coordinator on billing questions; send and respond to emails; etc.
• Customer service skills and general word processing
• Customer service, ability to coordinate work with supervisors;

Skills Required

• Computer, phones, and standard office equipment
• Ability to use Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Microsoft Suite

Education And Experience Required

• (4) years' experience with public contact;
• Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school

Work Hours

• Monday Friday 7:00am-4pm (1 hour lunch).
