The 'Seasonal Assistant, Corporate Partnerships Creative Solutions & Strategy' is responsible for observing, learning and supporting the day-to-day operations of the Corporate Partnerships Marketing Team for the Cleveland Cavaliers, Monsters, Charge, Legion, and REG (Rock Entertainment Group).


  • This is a temporary position from September 2023 - June 2024 paying $15.00/HR. This position requires working onsite at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse in Cleveland, OH approximately 40 hours per week.


Primary Responsibilities


  • Assist in event planning and coordination.
  • Fan facing in dealing with questions regarding partner specific promotions.
  • Assist the Partnership Marketing team with graphic design needs.
  • Support the overall functionality of the CP team internally, including inventory, storage management, ordering items for activations, etc.
  • Fulfillment of partner promotions, including sweepstakes prizes.
  • Work with social media and content teams to accurately promote and target partner’s social media posts.
  • Performs administrative duties as needed, including setting up meetings, making copies, receiving and breaking down boxes, running errands, etc.
  • Assist in the activation of partnerships across all franchises (Cavs, Monsters, Charge, Legion).
  • Game day responsibilities including taking photos, helping with hospitality questions, ticket questions, promo prizes, meeting fans.
  • Support all Partnership Marketing, Development, and Activation team members on the development of creative for sales decks, renewals, presentations, recap videos, activation videos, etc.
  • Track proof of performance and metrics for partners to use in recaps and/or monthly check ins.


Required Qualifications


  • Flexible, motivated, and equipped to work in an environment of rapid change.
  • Working knowledge of desktop publishing, specifically Microsoft and Adobe Suites.
  • Background and hands-on experience in graphic design and layout.
  • Currently attending (or recent graduate of) a 4 year Bachelors Degree program, preferably with an emphasis in Graphic Design, Marketing, Sports Management, or Business.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with a diverse group of colleagues.
  • Familiar with popular web-design concepts.
