What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies for open communication and collaboration
• Escalate and track impediments via Jira
• Customize Jira instances, workflows, and boards for team collaboration and project visibility
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize and maintain the product backlog
• Manage and facilitate daily scrum and sprint cadences

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an agile environment (4+ years)
• Advanced experience using Jira
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in backlog grooming and refinement
• Strong understanding of agile principles, values, and methodologies
• Proficiency in Agile, Kanban, Scrum, and SAFe

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) certification (DESIRED)
• Government contract delivery experience in an Agile environment
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification (REQUIRED)
