What You Will Be Doing


  • Lead the technical implementation of IoT projects, ensuring the successful integration of IoT devices, sensors, and platforms.
  • Coach and mentor team members on agile best practices, continuously improving the team’s efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with product owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Remove impediments and obstacles that may hinder the progress of development teams.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to drive team collaboration and transparency.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
  • Design and architect IoT solutions, considering hardware, software, connectivity, and security requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for IoT projects.
  • Serve as a Scrum Master for multiple agile development teams, fostering an agile mindset and ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and practices.


What You Will Need


  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in project management and agile methodologies, with a focus on IoT projects.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Strong technical background in IoT, including knowledge of IoT protocols, sensors, connectivity, and security.
