Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Document all calls, tasks and appointments in Salesforce
  • Participate in team huddles, attend training sessions and other ad-hoc meetings as needed.
  • Monitor and track daily HEDIS Services scheduled and completed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients
  • Accountable for daily and weekly goals for HEDIS Services scheduled
  • Work independently and also as a key member of the entire team
  • Maintaining open lines of communication with Clinical Liaisons, Pharmacists and other schedulers
  • Create positive first impression of ExactCare and the unique services we provide.
  • Call on prospective HEDIS services patients daily and schedule/live transfer them to Clinical Liaison representatives
  • Place scheduled HEDIS services on Clinical Liaisons’’ calendar
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Scheduler with 6 months experience in current position
  • Previous experience in scheduling HEDIS services
  • Ability to work 11:30AM-08:00PM EST, Monday - Friday
  • Previous cold calling experience, preferred
  • Previous outbound/inbound call center or scheduling experience, preferred
