Job Description
LHH is seeking a Scheduler/Registrar for a contract to hire position in the Richmond, VA area. The ideal candidate will have traditional call center experience and be available immediately. This is a full-time position and requires you to come into the office full-time.
Roles And Responsibilities
  • Maintain various information including patient data, physician details, clinic and medical center information, paging and beeper data, and related services.
  • Update and maintain information in departmental data applications.
  • Cultivate and uphold positive customer relations with the public, potential clients, caregivers, and fellow company employees.
  • Schedule out-patient appointments and ensure accurate patient demographic and insurance data entry.
  • Adhere to all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • Provide appointment information and general assistance following departmental guidelines.
  • Answer incoming calls courteously, introducing self and offering a warm greeting.
Minimum Requirements
  • Healthcare experience a plus
  • High school Diploma or GED
  • Proven experience working in a call center environment
Hourly Pay: $14/hr - $17/hr

Pay Details: $14.00 to $17.00 PER HOUR
