SBA CREDIT ANALYST-TAMPA, FLA.-SALARY $85-$90K-2+YEARS EXP-DEGREE REQ

The SBA Underwriter role is responsible for conducting credit analysis including gathering, analyzing and interpreting all types of credit information on existing and prospective SBA 7a/ITL customers. The analyst prepares and presents credit packages on full compliance of SBA S.O.P. to Loan Officers and committees for use in making lending decisions on new, renewal and extension loans.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the SBA credit process and analysis for each assigned credit request from application through approval in compliance with SBA SOP. Processing credit references.
• Assisting management with all tasks related to the Credit Department, performing various special projects, and providing general support to the operational areas within the Credit Union
• Assisting in the monitoring of loans to ensure proper maintenance with respect to items such as updated financial information and compliance
• Spreading financial statements within system and generating relevant reports for analysis and loan presentation.
