- Work with sales leadership to define, document, and continuously improve the sales process
- Lever market intelligence into a competitive sales advantage
- Develop, maintain, and coordinate an ongoing sales training program
- Gather and prioritize sales enablement needs, then develop solutions to address them
- Facilitate alignment between sales and business units on strategic goals
- Map customer journeys and adapt go-to-market strategies accordingly
- Provide effective onboarding that shortens learning curve for new sales reps
- Build a trusted relationship with sales and business unit teams
- Contribute to building a pipeline of talent
- Facilitate training content procurement or creation with internal and external resources
- Assess sales deployment and sales channels and challenge as appropriate
- Promote best practices across sales teams while streamlining overhead
- Foster a cultural strategy that differentiates Qorvo at customers
- Support territory managers to guide & coach the development & execution of strategic plans
- Identify knowledge & skill gaps across the sales team
- Excellent communication skills
- 10+ years experience in a semiconductor sales or sales management role
- A strategic mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent field
- A passion for training, coaching and developing others
- Able to build influential and trusting internal relationships across sales and marketing
- Ability to generate and facilitate compelling sales training content
- A strong understanding of the sales process
