At Devoted, we are thinking about Sales differently. We think about our Sales team as an extension of our core member experience and are looking for opportunities to differentiate from the very first interaction a potential member has with our company.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the operations, strategy, and performance for COS and Field Enablement. As a key member in the Growth function, you will work cross functionally with teams including community outreach specialists, sales agents and leaders, technologists, marketing, and compliance to support regional strategies based on optimization of performance and growth.
This leader must have a strategic mindset to guide the testing and operational road map of local growth and community outreach to support a multi-channel national sales force. The ideal candidate also has the operational skill set to drive efficiency, scale innovation, and measure return on investment. We are looking for an individual who has a strong ownership and “roll-up your sleeves” mentality. The success of our sales operations team will be a fundamental differentiator in our ability to meet key company growth goals over the next decade.
Responsibilities will include:
  • Partner with community outreach specialists and sales leaders to prioritize and operationalize market initiatives that can be implemented at scale
  • Perform any other ad-hoc job related duties as requested (e.g. update or create SOPs, P&Ps, etc.)
  • Develop and own the strategy, execution, and performance of local growth & community outreach
  • Summarize, collect, and analyze data to drive actionable insights and improve sales event and community based outcomes
  • Develop hypotheses and utilize strategic testing to improve existing processes and build new ones
  • Partner with cross functional teams (e.g. marketing, engineering and product, member experience, compliance) to define business requirements to achieve growth goals
  • Build and manage key business intelligence dashboards to evaluate ongoing KPIs and metrics
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to own initiatives and achieve direct business outcomes
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable interpreting data and doing ad-hoc analyses to draw actionable insights (strong Excel is a must; some SQL is a bonus)
  • Some travel is required
  • Ability to break down complex and ambiguous problems, develop hypotheses and testing plans
  • Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of the organization
  • Previous local growth and community outreach experience in Medicare industry is preferred
  • Forward-looking and proactive self-starter
  • 5+ years in operational or project management-type with roles
  • A learning mindset; comfortable operating in a fast moving environment

Salary range: $109,300 - $120,800 per year
