Job Description
Enerflo is seeking a tenacious Sales Operations Specialist to ensure our sales team receives outstanding and timely support as they sell and grow the business. A person who would be successful in this position is persistent in follow up and follow through, excels at attention to detail, is unafraid to voice opinions and ideas, gets along with anyone, is engaged on team calls, and is comfortable using common features in software (CRMs, etc.) to update sales agreements and run reports. There are many aspects of the role not included in this job description, but would be essential to contributing in a meaningful way.

Purpose-built for residential solar installers, EPCs and sales teams, the Enerflo Platform helps companies manage and automate their sales and install processes, from lead to Permission to Operate (PTO) and beyond.


Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Sending out sales contracts for new partners
  • Sales operations experience in any industry is a positive but not required
  • Understanding of solar industry is a positive but not required
  • Helping manage commissions for sales deals
  • Updating new sales agreements
  • Working alongside leadership, assist in day-to-day sales operations including but not limited to:
  • Tenacity to help sales team and leaders follow through on sales processes and action items
  • Help leaders prepare for weekly sales meetings by keeping the agenda
  • Internal communication using Slack
  • Frequently interface with Enerflo’s billing team and sales leadership
  • Overseeing internal sales scopes of work (change orders)
  • Attending required daily & weekly internal meetings
